Shipping and dispatch times

We ship from Brisbane, QLD Australia to Australia, New Zealand, US and almost all international countries.

Orders placed before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Delivery timeframes are provided by the carrier and provided in your tracking link.

While our small warehouse team works hard to meet these dispatch timeframes, occasional delays may occur during peak periods, sales or holiday periods. If this happens, tracking will be provided as soon as your order leaves our distribution centre.
