Florence Collective is operated by Florence Store. By participating in the program, you agree to these terms, which may be updated from time to time.
Florence Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Florence Collective program at any time without notice. This includes the right to adjust point balances, tier thresholds, redemption rules, and voucher terms.
Points are earned on completed orders only. Points are non-transferable and hold no cash value. If an order is cancelled or returned, earned points will be reversed. Redeemed points are not returnable — a store voucher will be issued for the return value instead.
Store vouchers are linked to the email address they were issued to and cannot be transferred. Vouchers may not be combined with certain promotional offers unless stated otherwise.
Gift cards are non-returned once delivered. Florence Store is not responsible for lost or unredeemed voucher codes, though codes can be resent on request via our support team.
Florence Store reserves the right to terminate a member’s rewards account in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
