Pre Order Information

Pre-order allows you to secure popular styles ahead of their arrival. Estimated dispatch timeframes are listed on each product page and represent the expected despatch timeframe — not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.

Early Month: 1-15th
Mid Month: 11-20th
Late Month: 16-31st

If your order contains a mix of pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be dispatched once all items are available. To receive in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing separate orders.

Once your preorder has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full tracking details. We’ll always notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

Please note that all pre-orders are final and cannot be split, changed or cancelled once placed. Your selected items and sizes have been specifically made for you, or reserved from production. Returns for pre-order items are accepted in line with our standard returns policy.
