Find my order details

Your order number is included in the order confirmation email and SMS sent after your purchase.

To locate it:

1. Check your email inbox for your order confirmation email from Florence Store.
2. Open the email — your order number will appear near the top of the message.

You can also find it in your account:

1. Sign in to your account:
   https://florencestore.com.au/my-account
2. Select Orders.
3. Your order number will be listed next to each order.

Tip:
If you can’t find the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder as it may have been filtered there.
