Check Your Order Confirmation

First, check your email for your Order Confirmation. This confirms we successfully received your order and everything is in progress. You can also view your orders at anytime by logging into your account.

Received a Shipping Confirmation?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking link. Use the tracking link to view the latest delivery updates.

Haven’t Received Tracking Yet?

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, check your order confirmation email and review the items purchased. If your order includes pre-order items, the product page and order confirmation would have displayed an estimated dispatch timeframe. Pre-order items are dispatched once they arrive in stock, and you’ll receive your shipping confirmation email at that time.

No Order Confirmation or Shipping Email?

If you cannot locate an order confirmation or shipping email, please contact our team so we can check your order for you.
