Find my store voucher

There are only two ways to safely locate your store voucher. You can find store vouchers with the options below.

Option 1: Florence Store Account (Recommended)

You can view all store vouchers and balances by logging into your Florence Store account and visiting Store Vouchers.

If you can’t sign in or are told you don’t have an account, you likely checked out as a guest.

To access your vouchers:

1. Sign in or register a new account
2. Use the same email address used to purchase
3. Any available vouchers will automatically appear under Store Vouchers

Option 2: Email

Store vouchers are sent to the email address used for your purchase.

If you can’t find your voucher, check:

• Your inbox
• Junk, spam, or promotions folders
• Any other email accounts you may have used

To quickly locate it, search your email for:

“Florence Store Voucher”
