Exchanges

Florence Store is unable to process exchanges or hold items through our online store. This applies to all orders and all reasons.

To facilitate, the same as an exchange for applicable items, please return your item following our standard return process. You will be issued a store voucher, once your return is received and processed. With the store voucher you can place a new order to receive the size/item of your choice.

Any promotional offers or coupon discounts received in the original order will not be carried over. Florence Store is not required to honour any coupon or voucher amount on a subsequent purchase.
