Using Afterpay and Klarna

We offer Afterpay and Klarna as buy-now-pay-later options at checkout.

Important things to know:

• Approval and payment schedules are determined entirely by Afterpay or Klarna
• Florence Store has no control over approvals, declines, payment schedules, or account issues
• Any issues with repayments, account limits, or failed payments must be resolved directly with Afterpay or Klarna

For pre-order items:

If your order contains pre-order items, Afterpay or Klarna may process payments before the item is shipped, according to their own terms and schedules. This is outside of our control.

Returns with Afterpay or Klarna

Our standard returns policy applies when checking out with Afterpay or Klarna.

If you return an item, you’ll still need to complete your scheduled payments with Afterpay or Klarna. Once your return is received and accepted, we’ll issue a store voucher for the full value of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs.
