You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is scanned out of our Brisbane warehouse. This scan occurs just before collection by an Australia Post bulk driver. Please note: Australia Post does not scan parcels at the time of collection, so tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Tracking Updates & Delays

Once a parcel has been collected from our warehouse, it enters the Australia Post delivery network. From this point, Australia Post is responsible for transit, delivery, and tracking updates. Occasional gaps or delays in tracking do not mean your parcel was not collected. These typically indicate a missed scan at a facility, with a later scan appearing as the parcel progresses through the network. Most delayed parcels are delivered within a few days once Australia Post identifies the issue.

Australia Post will not open investigations until standard delivery timeframes have passed, and investigations may take five or more business days. Customers accept responsibility for managing any delivery enquiries directly with Australia Post, including tracking issues, delivery delays, or investigations.

Florence Store may assist where possible by providing proof of shipment or tracking details. However, we do not contact Australia Post or manage investigations with the carrier on behalf of customers.

Once a parcel has been collected, responsibility for delivery, delays, loss, or damage rests with Australia Post.
