Florence Collective is Florence Store’s loyalty program. Every account holder is automatically a member — there’s nothing to sign up for. You earn points on every purchase, unlock higher tiers by shopping more, and can redeem your points for money off future orders.

Tiers

Your tier is based on how much you’ve spent in the last 12 months. Spend is calculated on a rolling basis — there’s no fixed reset date.

Purple — $0+ (1 point per $1 spent) Silver — $300+ (1.5 points per $1 spent) Gold — $500+ (2 points per $1 spent) Diamond — $2,000+ (3 points per $1 spent, plus free shipping on every order)
