Payment methods and pricing

Pricing & Payment Errors
In the event of a pricing error, technical issue, or payment processing error, Florence Store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, including after payment has been taken. If this occurs, any payment taken will be returned in full.

Disputes
If a customer lodges a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider, the order and any associated returns or credits may be paused or cancelled until the dispute is resolved. Florence Store reserves the right to provide all relevant order, delivery, and policy acceptance records to the payment provider.
