Florence Store accepts returns on full-priced items — including those purchased with a coupon or discount code.

If you decide to return an order and place a new one, previously used coupons or discounts can’t be reissued or applied again. Each promotion is valid for a single use only and cannot be reinstated after a return.

We’re unable to generate new codes or manually adjust pricing on replacement orders.

Each coupon has its own terms and conditions, which are outlined in the original email or offer.
