Earning

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on products. Your tier multiplier increases this — for example, a Gold member earns 2 points per $1. Points are awarded when your order is marked as complete.

Shipping costs do not earn points. Gift card purchases do not earn points.

Using Points

Points can be redeemed at checkout for a discount on your order. 100 points = $10.

To redeem, your order must be at least $100. You need a minimum of 100 points. The maximum discount is $10 for every $50 spent — for example, a $150 order allows up to $30 off, a $200 order allows up to $40 off.

Points cannot be used alongside a discount code. Points can be used alongside store vouchers.

Returns

If you return an order, any points you earned on that order will be reversed. Points you redeemed on the order are not returned — you’ll receive a store voucher for the return value of the item only.

Expiry

Points expire in 365 days
