Voucher balance and details

You can view your store vouchers and current balance and expiry dates by logging into your Florence Store account and visiting the Store Voucher section.

If you’re unable to sign in, you may not have an account yet. Simply register using the email address from your purchase, and any available vouchers will appear automatically.
