Exchanges or holding items?

We are unable to process exchanges or facilitate holds through our online store. This strictly applies for all orders, for all reasons.

To facilitate, the same as an exchange (if within our return policy) please return your item following our standard return process. You will be issued a store voucher, once your return is received and processed. With the store voucher you can place a new order to receive the size/item of your choice.

Any promotional offers or coupon discounts received in the original order will not be carried over. Refer to coupon conditions. Florence Store is not required to honour any coupon or voucher amount on a subsequent purchase.
