Once your preorder has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full tracking details. We’ll always notify you if there are any unexpected delays.
Please note that all pre-orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once placed, as your selected size is specifically reserved for you. Returns for pre-order items are accepted in line with our standard returns policy, unless the item is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once all items are ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
