Cancel or change my order

To ensure efficient processing and timely delivery of your order, we have implemented a system where orders are instantly forwarded to our warehouse. Unfortunately, due to this streamlined process, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, changes, or additions/removals of items once an order has been placed.

Important Note:

• Amendments, including modifications to colors and sizes, adding or removing items, combining orders, applying discounts, or applying store vouchers, cannot be accommodated.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Any return requests will be handled in accordance with our established returns policy.
