Full priced returns will be issued with a store credit for all types of payments. All items must be returned within 10 days of delivery of purchase.
Items must be returned in original condition. Original conditions means unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no markings, breaks or the likes. If we find your item to be other than brand new, no credits will be issued.
For returns of sale items, we do not offer refunds unless deemed faulty. You are welcome to return sale items for a credit voucher.
All postage costs will need to be covered by you. If your item is not received or lost in transit we cannot offer a credit for the item. Purchasing tracking for your item is advised.
All postage on faulty items will be covered by us, with a credit applied to your account.

Bur purchasing any item with the label “final sale” you accept and understand no returns for ANY reason will be accepted.
Returning To Us
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please submit your return via the above email. Providing us with a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault.
All faulty items that are returned will be refunded to the same payment method used when purchasing.
Due to variations in screen colour settings on computers or mobile devices, we can not be held responsible for a colour discrepancy. We do attempt to portray all items we sell accurately.
You will receive email notifications of your return to the email used whilst ordering. Your credit will be emailed to the email used whilst ordering. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once your return has been received.
Afterpay purchases, that are returned are eligible for a store credit note only. Afterpay purchases that meet our faulty criteria will be refunded according to the Afterpay refund policy.
