To ensure efficient processing and timely delivery of your order, we have implemented a system where orders are instantly forwarded to our warehouse. Unfortunately, due to this streamlined process, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, changes, or additions/removals of items once an order has been placed.
Amendments, including modifications to colours and sizes, adding or removing items, combining orders, applying discounts, applying store vouchers, or requesting full order cancellations, cannot be accommodated.
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If applicable, any return requests will be handled in accordance with our established returns policy.
