We do our best to ensure you receive your order without a hiccup. If an item is missing or incorrect, please contact customer service before doing anything else (do not repurchase the item or post a return).

We will happily provide a free return label for incorrect items. We request you wait for a free return label. We cannot reimburse you if you send it on your own accord.
