Received a faulty item?

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item or an item does not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact customer service. We are happy to help with genuine manufacturing faults or consumer issues.

All items will be reviewed to determine a major or minor problem. You will be advised of the final decision and the options available to you, as required by us under Australian Consumer Law.

We will happily provide a free return label for approved items. We request you wait for a return label before returning. In the event you return an item to us outside of the above, your return will be processed according to our return policy.

If the customer chooses to repurchase an item before contacting or receiving a response, the faulty item will still be handled in accordance with the aforementioned faulty item policy; and options provided to you as per the requirements in line with any relevant legislation.
