To successfully return an item, you must book it online through our return portal and receive a return booking number. Florence Store will not be responsible for any returns that are not booked online or do not adhere to our return guidelines.
Please note: Unbooked returns will be rejected at our warehouse and returned (RTS) back to the return address listed on the parcel, without notice. We are not responsible for RTS parcels, which are subject to the risks of Australia Post. The decision to return without a return booking number are beyond Florence Stores control and returns policy.
If the returned item(s) subsequently fall outside of our return policy, we will be unable to offer any further assistance.
