Faulty, Missing or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, missing, or incorrect, please contact Customer Service before returning or repurchasing. We’re happy to assist with genuine manufacturing faults and consumer issues.
Please wait for approval and a free return label before sending anything back. If an item is returned without prior approval, we’re unable to reimburse postage. Postage may be at your expense until a genuine fault is confirmed.
If you repurchase an item before contacting us, the original item will still be assessed, but this does not change the review outcome.
Missing or Incorrect Orders
If an item is missing, incorrect, or the wrong size, contact us before taking any action. We retain the right to send or correct any order.
