Received a faulty item?

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item or an item does not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact customer service. We are happy to assist with genuine manufacturing faults or consumer issues.

Faulty Item Policy:

  • All items will be reviewed to determine if the issue is a major or minor problem. You will be advised of the final decision and the options available to you, as required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • We’re happy to provide a free return label for approved items, but please wait for it before sending your return. Postage costs may be at your expense until a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed.
  • Returns sent outside of these guidelines will be processed according to our return policy.
  • If you return an item without prior approval, we are unable to reimburse any freight costs.
  • If you choose to repurchase an item before contacting us or receiving a response, the faulty item will still be handled in accordance with our faulty item policy and the options provided to you as per relevant legislation.
