An item is missing or wrong order?

We do our best to ensure you receive your order without any issues. If an item is missing or incorrect, wrong size, please contact customer service before taking any action (do not repurchase the item or book a return).

Policy for Missing or Incorrect Items:

  • We reserve the right to supply missing items.
  • We reserve the right to send the correct items.
  • Customers are not required to book a return online.
  • We gladly offer a free return label for any incorrect items. Once you have handed the return package to Australia Post and notified us, we will arrange for our warehouse to send you the correct items.
  • Please wait for a free return label. We cannot reimburse you if you send a return on your own accord.
