If you realise you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address, but please note that our warehouse dispatches quickly so this may not always be possible.
Important Note:
- Updating the address in Your Account will not change the shipping address for any already placed orders.
- If you need to redirect a parcel after receiving your tracking number, Australia Post may be able to assist. You can request this through your My Post account or by contacting Australia Post customer service.

If a parcel is returned to sender, it's the customer's responsibility to contact customer care to arrange re-delivery.
