Delayed or Lost Parcels?

Australia Post is responsible for delivery and providing up-to-date information on the status of your delivery. For the most current delivery information, please contact Australia Post directly.

Important Note:

  • Florence Store is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in transit once they are picked up by an Australia Post bulk collections driver.
  • Tracking information is only provided as soon as your parcel is scanned out of our warehouse. This scan happens right before the parcel is collected by an Australia Post bulk collections driver. 
  • Florence Store does not have access to Australia Post's tracking systems and cannot track parcels on their behalf.

Agreement Upon Purchase:

  • By purchasing, you agree to contact and deal directly with Australia Post to resolve any issues that may arise, including seeking compensation.
  • Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, Australia Post becomes liable for that parcel if it is lost or damaged in transit.
