If you see an "enter a valid email" error during checkout, make sure the email address linked to your store voucher is entered correctly before applying the voucher. Double-check the spelling and use all lowercase letters.
For security reasons, vouchers are tied to the email they were sent to and cannot be used with any other email address. This policy is strictly enforced, and we cannot share voucher details with any email address other than the original one.
