You are required to redeem your voucher code. On either the shopping cart or checkout pages, you will see the label ‘Store Voucher or Coupon?‘ – click this – and enter the voucher code in the field and 'Apply'.
On the cart page:

If you have a store voucher or gift certificate, you can also click/ tap on the purple credit image, this will apply your coupon code without having to enter it.
A success message will appear once the code has been successfully redeemed.
