Voucher not working or applying

“Can not be found” Error

If you see an error message like “can not be found“, “doesn’t exist” or “invalid”, this usually means the code was entered incorrectly.

Please double-check your code before clicking Apply. For best accuracy, we recommend copy + paste.

Important to note:

• Promotional coupons can expire and will display as expired.

“Enter a Valid Email” Error

If you receive this message, please ensure the email address entered at checkout matches the email your store voucher was sent to.

✔ Check spelling carefully
✔ Use all lowercase letters

For security reasons, vouchers are locked to the original email address and cannot be used with any other email. This is strictly enforced, and we’re unable to provide voucher details to alternative emails.

Applying Codes at Checkout

All coupons, vouchers, store credits, loyalty rewards and promotional offers must be applied during checkout.

They cannot be added afterward or reimbursed.

Once your order is submitted, no changes can be made — including:

• Applying missed codes
• Adjusting totals
• Changing items
• Cancelling orders

If a code wasn’t entered or didn’t apply, it may still be used on your next order (if valid).

Returns are processed under our Returns Policy. Any discounts or vouchers used on an order cannot be transferred or reapplied.
