Store vouchers are sent to the email address used for your purchase. If you can't find your voucher, please check the following:
- Your inbox
- Junk, promotions, or spam folders
- Any other email accounts you might have used
To quickly locate your voucher, search for "Florence Store Voucher" in your email.
You can also view your store vouchers and check their balance by logging into your Florence Store account and visiting the "Store Vouchers" section.
If you are unable to sign in or are notified that you don't have an account, you most probably checked out as a guest. To access your vouchers, register an account using the same email address you used during the purchase. Any available vouchers will automatically appear in the "Store Vouchers" section.
Please note: For security and fraud prevention, we are unable to resend vouchers or make changes to store voucher details.
