Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is scanned out of our Brisbane warehouse. This scan occurs just before collection by an Australia Post bulk driver.
Please note: Australia Post does not scan parcels at the time of collection, so tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Tracking Updates & Delays
Once collected, Australia Post is responsible for transit, delivery, and tracking updates.
Occasional gaps or delays in tracking do not mean your parcel wasn’t collected — they usually indicate a missed scan at a facility. A later scan typically appears as the parcel continues through the network. Most delayed parcels are delivered within a few days once Australia Post identifies the issue.
Australia Post will not open investigations until standard delivery timeframes have passed, and investigations may take five or more business days. During this period, Florence Store is unable to intervene.
While we will assist customers where possible, final responsibility for delivery, delays, loss, or damage rests with Australia Post, once your parcel has been collected
