Return your items using our online returns platform — follow the steps below, with our return policy applying to all returns.

Returns

We hope you love your new purchase! If something’s not quite right, we gladly accept returns on full-priced styles — whether it’s a change of mind, doesn’t fit, or isn’t what you expected.

You’ll have 14 days from delivery (including the day it arrives) to lodge your return online. All approved returns are issued as a store voucher.

Items purchased with a coupon or promotion remain eligible for return under our standard policy. We’re unable to facilitate exchanges, and sale items are final sale.

Manage Your Return

1. Find your order number

Check your email, SMS, or account for your 6 digit order number — it’ll look something like this: 9xxxxx

2. Submit your return online

Use our online portal to request your return, generate a return authorisation, and receive the return address. Please include all items you wish to return from your order in a single request.

3. Prepare your return

Items must be returned folded as received, in original condition (unworn/ unwashed) with tags attached, and inside the product’s clear plastic packaging. Please do not tape or attach anything directly to the packaging. Returns that don’t meet these conditions may incur a fee or be rejected.

4. Post your return

Follow the return instructions in your confirmation email and post your return to our Brisbane warehouse, within 7 days of completing a return online. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
