Using Afterpay and Klarna
Afterpay and Klarna make shopping easy by splitting your purchase into simple, interest-free instalments.
Afterpay:
Pay in 4 equal fortnightly instalments. The first payment is made at the time of purchase, with the remaining payments automatically deducted every two weeks.
Klarna:
Pay in 4 interest-free instalments, charged every two weeks starting at checkout.
For international customers, instalment amounts will be shown in your local currency before confirming payment.
Please note: Your repayment agreement is with Afterpay or Klarna directly. All payments must be completed in line with their terms and conditions.
Returns with Afterpay or Klarna
Our standard returns policy applies when checking out with Afterpay or Klarna.
If you return an item, you’ll still need to complete your scheduled payments with Afterpay or Klarna.
Once your return is received and accepted, we’ll issue a store voucher for the full value of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs.
Store vouchers are processed only after your return is received and approved by our warehouse.
