How do I earn points?
Points are automatically added when your order is completed. You earn 1 point per $1, multiplied by your tier level.
How do I redeem points?
At checkout, you'll see a Redeem Points section. 100 points = $10 off. You can redeem up to $10 for every $50 in your cart. Minimum order $100, minimum 100 points.
Do I get bonus points when I move up a tier?
Yes! You'll receive bonus points when you reach a new tier — 200 for Bronze, 300 for Silver, and 500 for Gold.
What are Double Points Days?
Occasionally we run Double Points Days where all earnings are multiplied by 2x on top of your tier multiplier. Follow us on social to stay updated.
Do my points expire?
Points never expire. Your tier is based on a rolling 12-month spend — it always reflects your last 12 months of purchases.
What is Diamond?
Diamond is our top public tier. Spend $2,000 or more in a rolling 12-month period and you'll automatically move to Diamond — 3x points, free shipping on every order, and exclusive rewards.
What is Black?
Black is our invite-only tier, awarded to one customer each year. 5x points, personal styling, and exclusive Black-only rewards.
